Students Universitas Pahlawan Tuanku Tambusai Join Student Exchange Program at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia
Universitaspahlawan.ac.id, UP – Student of Nutrition S1 Study Program, Universitas Pahlawan Tuanku Tambusai (UP) participated in a two-week student exchange program to Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Friday (27/09) 2019.
Widawati, SP., MHSc., MSSc., As a lecturer of UP Nutrition Study Program, said that the students who were going to leave were Aulia Rahmi, Marissa, and Selli Herna Amelia. As an UKM alumni, UP Nutrition S1 lecturer said that students would fill in learning activities or sit-in together together for 5 full days with Nutrition UKM students.
According to the student affairs section delivered by Ns, Muhammad Nurman, M.Kep., That with this second departure, students who take part in the program must be better than those who took the student exchange program to UKM at the beginning of 2018. He also expects students to be able to make comparisons to improve nutrition study programs by documenting each activity carried out.
“Activities carried out by UP students during there include, nutrition laboratory visits, UKM hospital visits, library visits to see the library system in UKM and Central Library in Malaysia, Student Activities such as Nutrition Counseling and activities prepared by the UKM itself” said Vitri Anggraini Hanardi, M.Pd to the UP Public Relations team.
The UP IRO Secretary also explained the benefits of this student exchange program, to find out some learning materials related to nutrition study programs with different learning systems, interactions with lecturers and students in English or Malay, the opportunity to introduce UP in Malaysia, and study in UKM nutrition laboratory.
